Do you charge by the hour?

Instead of charging by the hour, we offer full-service cleaning packages at a set price. This guarantees that your home will always be thoroughly cleaned and is not time-limited.

What does "additional rooms" mean?

Every home, according to us, should have at least one of each of the following: a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and, in some cases, a laundry room (for smaller flats without one, this is taken into consideration in your cleaning estimate). Additional rooms would be those not already mentioned, such as:
formal living room/dining area
the theatre
Corner for studying
Activity area with a games room
Sleep outside or in other comparable settings.

Do you offer a cleaning plan specifically created for a "Home Open" or comparable event at my home?

Given that your home is furnished, we advises that we offer our comprehensive spring cleaning package. We can also add other services to this package, such as interior oven cleaning, professional carpet steam cleaning, and window cleaning (inside, outside, & tracks).

Are there any special cleaning services you offer for when I move into a home?

While designed for people moving out of a property, our vacate cleaning package is geared for empty properties and provides thorough cleaning in all parts of the property. If your property is vacant and unfurnished, we advise you to hire Master Cleaning Team to complete the cleaning.

If your home is furnished, we advises that we perform our spring clean package, which includes a thorough cleaning service. We can also add extra services to this cleaning package, such as professional carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning (inside, outside, & tracks), and interior oven cleaning.

When will my cleaner show up at my house?

Prior to the scheduled clean, our cleaning specialist will get in touch with you to finalise the start time, service to be provided, and access arrangements with you. They will leave a message with their contact information if they can’t reach you right away and will try again later. To help our cleaning representatives finalise your appointment time, please check your messages and respond to them.

If I like it, will you use my cleaning supplies?

We  can, however the clean may not be covered by our work guarantee if they don’t produce the outcomes we hope for or can offer when utilising our products.
