What changes the price
The number of rooms and bathrooms, how long since the last thorough clean, and which extras you add. A one-off clean is often priced differently from the same clean booked every week or fortnight.
Say what you want done before asking for a price. A quote for floors and bathrooms and a quote for the whole home are not the same job.
On the day
Clear benches and floors where you can, so the time goes on cleaning rather than tidying. Leave a note of anything fragile, or anything you would rather they did not move.
Walk through the home with the cleaner at the end, if you are there, and check it against what was quoted.
